Will the triode be burned out by the high current caused by the high level when it is used as the switching acceleration capacitor?

As shown in the figure: I found that some switching circuits have accelerating capacitors during circuit design. I personally think that although this accelerating capacitor can speed up the switching speed of the triode, will it affect the life of the triode? Because the capacitor voltage cannot change suddenly when it is powered on. Therefore, the voltage across C1 is 0, and a large current will flow directly through capacitor C1 and then through the PN junction of BE to ground at the moment of high level. Will this burn out the triode?、

The current-limiting resistor R1 at the moment of power-on does not play a role in current-limiting, and the current will directly flow through the capacitor and then to the PN junction. Wouldn't the transistor be broken like this?

Between BE is a PN junction, just as a diode. Personally, it is not so easy to burn out!

Personally, this will not burn out the transistor. Imagine that there is no resistance and capacitance, and a driving current is directly given to the input that is enough to burn out the transistor. It should also be saturated and lose the amplification effect. The switch tube generally works in the saturation region. How much current C1 generates here is limited by the equivalent impedance of be.
