We are testing the NCEPNA6M4-0808 in a 24V motor drive. During the turn-off phase, we observed severe ringing on the VDS. Should we increase the gate resistance ($R_g$) or add a snubber circuit to protect the dual-channel MOSFET from dV/dt breakdown?
