Several questions about the state of the triode.

Hardware design

When the pull-up resistance of the transistor becomes smaller, why does it affect its turn-off voltage?

And what kind of current is the leakage current of the mos tube?

What is the main consideration for turning off the triode and MOS tube.

1. I don’t understand how the pull-up resistor is connected, so I can’t answer the first question. Please draw a schematic diagram~

2. The leakage current of the MOS tube refers to the extremely small current that flows between the D and S stages when the MOS tube is in the off state.

3. The turn-off of the transistor mainly depends on the voltage between the BE two stages, and the turn-off of the MOS transistor mainly depends on the voltage between the GS two stages.

After R14 becomes small, the impact on Q9 is small, but the turn-on and turn-off speeds of Q7 and Q8 will increase. This results in faster switching of Q6.

The leakage current of the triode is generally uA, and the impact on the circuit is not great.
