Hello everyone  ! How to adjust the VGH VGL voltage in a separate schematic

Current voltage

Input 3.3v

VGH 24v

VGL -15v

VOUT 9v

For example, how to stabilize the VGH voltage at 20v or 22V. The VGL voltage remains unchanged

How to adjust VGL to -12 VGH unchanged
